One of the added value of Planless is to work on skillset. Skillset based planning can be a powerful tool to highlight shortage in a specific skill.
My use case: I do work in the automotive industry with vehicle manufacturer. When we are awarded a project, the delivery date does not change dynamically. It is fixed and won't move.
What I can play with is the amount of people I have working on a project. The benefit of skill based planning, is that I can easily identify in advance in which area I will need more skills and for how long, driving hiring or outsourcing decisions.
I would like this feature implemented: keep project end date fixed, identify the gap in resources.
